These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with Wellridge Nutrition. By placing an order you agree to them.

About us

Wellridge Nutrition is a Pakistani food brand. We sell our products directly to customers in Pakistan through this website, with Cash on Delivery.

Our products

• Our products are foods, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
• If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, take any medication or have a medical condition, please ask your doctor before use.
• Product photos are for illustration. Colour can look slightly different on your screen, and serving ideas in photos are not included in the pack.

Prices and offers

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you order.
• We may change prices and offers at any time, but changes never affect an order that is already placed.
• Free gifts are given while stock lasts. If a gift runs out, we will tell you and offer a similar item.

Orders

• Your order is accepted once we confirm it with you on WhatsApp or by phone.
• We may refuse or cancel an order if we cannot reach you, the details look false, the area cannot be served, or an item is out of stock. If this happens, you pay nothing.
• Please give a correct name, mobile number and full address.

Payment and delivery

Payment is Cash on Delivery. Delivery times and charges are explained in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are explained in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Using this website

All text, photos, logos and designs on this website belong to Wellridge Nutrition. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Do not misuse the website, for example by placing fake orders.

Liability

We take care to describe our products correctly and to deliver them safely. As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Privacy

How we use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
