Shipping Policy

We deliver across Pakistan with Cash on Delivery. Here is how it works.

Where we deliver

All over Pakistan, through trusted courier companies. If your area is hard for couriers to reach, we will tell you when we confirm your order.

Delivery time

• 2–5 working days after we confirm your order. Big cities are often faster.
• We dispatch Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
• During sales, Eid or bad weather, delivery can take a little longer. We will keep you updated on WhatsApp.

Delivery charges

• 1 pack: Rs 199 delivery charge.
• 2 or 3 packs: free delivery.

The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Order confirmation

After you order, we confirm it with you on WhatsApp or by phone. We dispatch only confirmed orders. If we cannot reach you after a few tries, we may cancel the order.

Cash on Delivery

You pay the rider in cash when the parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready. You do not pay anything in advance.

Tracking your parcel

Once your parcel is dispatched, we send you the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp. You can also check your order any time on our Track Your Order page with your order number and mobile number.

If the rider cannot deliver

The courier usually tries to deliver more than once. If the parcel cannot be delivered (wrong address, phone off, or the parcel is refused), it comes back to us and the order is cancelled. Please make sure your address and number are correct at checkout.
